Our tea plants bask in the unique environment of high altitude, around 500 meters above sea level. Here, the fast-changing air pressure creates a natural mist, a gentle veil that protects the plants from direct sunlight. This mist, along with the sharp temperature differences between day and night, nurtures tea leaves with a rich, full-bodied flavor and natural sweetness, reflecting the essence of our matcha.
The legacy of ancient volcanic eruptions blesses our soil with rich minerals, enhancing the growth of our tea plants.
